Are My Customers Safe?

One of the most frequent questions we get asked here at MyProspectorLITE
is whether or not we are lead sellers or if we use any of our customer's
client data in any way. Let me state emphatically that we are NOT
a lead selling company, we do NOT sell leads, and we do not
use your client data in any way other than specified in our Privacy
Statement and
our site Terms and Conditions.
MyProspectorLITE grew from software my company developed for my own
broker firm in Massachusetts. I was not content with the origination tools
available at the time. I needed an efficient way to control my
database of customers and market to them. I also needed the originators
who worked for my company to provide quick and accurate answers as
well as a consistent experience every time they dealt with us. There was
nothing on the market I felt provided what I needed, so I developed
my own system. After using my system internally for several years
it caught the attention of the industry and was released nationwide
as the MyMortgageHost in 2003. MyMortgageHost is our Enterprise suite of
products, MyContactManager and MyProspector.
We released MyProspectorLITE in June of 2006 to fill what we believe
has long been needed in the mortgage community, low-cost and no-cost tools
for the mortgage originator. Far too often mortgage professionals, even
experienced originators, don't have access to the tools they need
or use a variety of solutions that don't work well with each other.
Many originators entering this industry come with no
or little training. Brokers are often unwilling to provide training
or tools fearing that the originator will take it with them to a competitor
or start their own company. MyProspectorLITE provides all originators with
powerful database tools, loan origination reporting tools, mortgage
calculators
designed for originators, and marketing tools.
What's the Catch?
Many of you are probably asking, "...so what's the catch? This is
a lot of free stuff, are you doing this just to be nice people?".
Well, we hope we are nice people but fully expect to build our company
and expand this site through sponsors. By being a sponsor driven
site, everyone wins. You win because you get free and low-cost software
solutions
to help you close more loans Plus, if a sponsor's product interests
you you can go and get more information. The sponsors win because
they get the opportunity to show mortgage professionals their products
and services. And unlike other venues they get to show their wares
to only professionals working in
the mortgage industry.
Your Client Database and MyProspectorLITE
The conditions under which we may access your data are contained
in our Privacy Statement and
our Terms and Conditions policies.
I recommend that you read and understand these policies. Basically,
there are only three reasons we would ever access
your client database
and I will discuss those briefly here. The first is simply if you ask us
to, or give us permission to, for reasons of quality assurance and
support issue resolution. For example, if you report a problem we may ask
if we can log into the system with your username and password so
our support staff can duplicate the exact issue.
The second reason is we reserve the right to access information in
the highly unlikely event that there is a suspected violation
of the Terms and Conditions (Web Service Agreement). We reserve this right
for our own protection as well as the protection of all our clients.
The third reason we would access your information is if we are legally
bound to do so as required by law.
Why Should We Believe You?
Why should you believe us? Our business is based on Trust. Our products
are used by brokers and lenders nationwide and MyContactManager
is the software solution for a nationwide alliance of mortgage lenders
assisting home buyers and sellers.
