GETTING TO MYINDEXALYZER
MyProspectorLITE includes a customizable charting tool for monthly ARM
indices, MyIndexAlyzer™.
MyIndexAlyzer allows you to select the indices to
chart along with a margin to apply to each index.
The resulting chart can then be printed or emailed directly to a client
or to your own email address.
You get to MyIndexAlyzer by either clicking "MyIndexAlyzer" on the top menu or "MyIndexAlyzer" from the MyProspectorLITE Dashboard as shown to the left.
CREATING A MYINDEXALYZER CHART
When you first enter MyIndexAlyzer the 10 -Year Treasury index is charted
with no margin as shown to the left.
Below the graph is where you select the indices you want to chart as well as the starting and ending months to chart.
Click on the box next to the index you want to add a checkmark. The indices with a checkmark will be charted. To remove a checkmark, just click the box again to make it go away.
MYINDEXALYZER MARGINS
Below the Index selection area is where you can add margins to each index.
Each index has a separate margin associated with it so you can apply
a different margin for each selected index.
When you are done adding your margins, click the "Create Chart" button
(located in the upper right corner of the image to the left) to create
a new chart with your selected indices and margins.
MYINDEXALYZER CHART DETAIL
The new chart is created with a different color for each index.
You can analyze each month by placing your mouse pointer over the index
where it intersects the month. A balloon will appear showing the index
name, month/year, and rate including margin for that month.
You can email your MyIndexAlyzer chart directly to your client. After creating the report you want, click the "Email This Report" button at the bottom of the page.
You now have the Email Details page that allows you to verify the indices you want to include as well as enter the email addresses you want to send the chart to. Once you enter the information you want to send, click "Create and Email". The MyIndexAlyzer chart will be emailed to the addresses you provided.
You will be notified that the email has been sent. You can simply close the window. MyProspectorLITE will still be on the MyIndexAlyzer page.
The email will arrive in your client's InBox with your image and logo as defined in MyAccount and include the message you entered to be sent with the email.
PRINTER-FRIENDLY MYINDEXALYZER
If you have a printer configured for your computer, you can create
a "printer-friendly" MyIndexAlyzer that is formatted with your image
and
logo and ready to
be printed from
your
printer.
To create a printer-friendly MyIndexAlyzer, click the "Printer-Friendly"
button at the bottom of the MyIndexAlyzer page.
A new page will appear that allows you to verify or change the indices that will be used on the printer-friendly version. When you have the indices you want selected, click the "Create Printer-Friendly Chart" button.
A printer-friendly chart will
be displayed. To print the page click the "Print Page" link circled above.
