August 14, 2006: AClient Software Systems, the developers of MyProspectorLITE™, announced today that it has added client data export functionality to both the FREE and Premium versions of it's web-based software application for mortgage originators.

Company CEO Eric J. Risley said, "We designed MyProspectorLITE™ to have all the functionality a mortgage professional needs to close loans and market to existing and prospective clients. There are times when originators will need to have their client data available outside MyProspectorLITE, either for backup purposes or to transfer to other software applications. Our new Client Export feature allows originators to copy their customer data in MyProspectorLITE to an external CSV or TXT file. These types of files can then be opened in MS-Excel, MS-Access, or any other application that supports tab or comma delimited files."

MyProspectorLITE FREE provides basic data export functionality, meaning the data is exported in our default tab delimited format. Our default format includes the client's name, address, and contact information as well as the client's proposed loan information. MyProspectorLITE premium adds additional fields that can be exported like the existing loan data and export capabilities for both the first and second loans for the proposed and existing mortgages. MyProspectorLITE Premium also adds user definable "templates" to customize the output. This allows users to create multiple templates so the export file can be sequenced to almost any format other applications, for example Outlook, are looking for.

Both MyProspectorLITE FREE and Premium support export of either the entire client database or just selected clients. This means users can export just selected users to transfer to other applications or create a backup database of their entire client list.

"Many mortgage industry products simply publish a set format that they can import. Mortgage originator often need to spend hours if not days struggling to create a useable data file, or just give up completely. We created a feature that is flexible so our Premium Users can easily build, test, and save templates to create the data files they need", says Mr. Risley.

The data export feature is available to all users of MyProspectorLITE. To take advantage of the user customizable templates requires upgrading to MyProspectorLITE™ Premium, which costs $200 for one year and less for multiple year subscriptions.
