The MyProspectorLITE™ Newsletter is distributed to users
of the MyProspectorLITE and mortgage
industry professionals who have either subscribed to the newsletter,
inquired about our products, or are users of our other mortgage products.
The current circulation exceeds 35,000 mortgage industry professionals.
Advertising artwork for the Newsletter
MUST conform to the specification and size listed below.
There are a maximum of two advertising sponsorships for each newsletter. MyProspectorLITE.com
and it's parent company AClient Software Systems reserve the right
to change
these
specifications
at
any time
without
notification.
MyProspectorLITE.com
and it's parent company AClient Software Systems reserve the right
to reject any advertisement submitted for placement for any reason.
In the event a advertisement is rejected by MyProspectorLITE.com, the
sponsor will
be notified the reason the advertisement has been rejected and can
either correct
the
issue
or withdraw
placement of the sponsorship.
Pop-ups, Pop-unders, Expandable, Out-of-banner, Floating, Audio and
Video, and In-Banner Streaming
advertisements are not allowed in the MyProspectorLITE Newsletter.
Animated and Looping advertisements are allowed as long as the adhere
to the Guidelines specified below.
Supported file types are JPG and GIF. FLASH is not a supported file
type for the Newsletter.
Sponsorships are sold per issue. Payment
must be received in full prior to the nesletter distribution. All sponsorships
are subject
to availability.

FULL NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP:
Each newsletter includes up to two sponsor
advertisements, one at the top of the newsletter as shown to the
left and optionally we may include a second sponsorship area at
the bottom of the newsletter.

Text Formats: HTML
Max File Size: 150K
Animation allowed: Yes (GIF only)
Image Size shown is maximum. Smaller images and multiple images
are allowed. Sponsorship Ads can also consist of separate text
and
images. HTML must be supplied for all multiple image Advertisements
and all Advertisements including text.

SIDE BANNER NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP:
Each newsletter may optionally include one side banner sponsor
advertisements, one at the top of the newsletter as shown to the
left and optionally we may include a second sponsorship area at
the bottom of the newsletter.

There are no maximum loop limits, but the total animation time
for all loops combined cannot exceed 15 seconds. Also, persistent
rapid/"strobing" animation of any graphic, copy, or background
element(s) is not allowed.

Approval Process
All Animated Newsletter ads require 72-hour approval by
MyProspectorLITE.com
The proposed
creative and a demo/mockup must be submitted to MyProspectorLITE.com
in advance.
In the case of negative user feedback, or newsletter interference,
MyProspectorLITE.com reserves the right to pull creative prior or during
campaign delivery. Advertiser
would
then have the right to make good impressions with other mutually
acceptable creative subject to availability.
